Our Employee Spotlight for November is Michelle Moscatelli in Service Administrative Support. Michelle lives in Wyoming and has been there for 16 years. She likes that the town is peaceful and a great place to raise a family. Michelle is the proud mother to her adult children Nicole and Kenny and an even prouder grandmother to six wonderful grandsons. Let’s get to know more about Michelle.

AL: How long have you been with Action Lift?

I have been working for Action Lift for five years on November 5th.

AL: Briefly, what does your job entail?

I work in the service office doing Administrative Support.

AL: Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

A very dear friend encouraged me to go after what I loved to do. She has been a great inspiration in my life.

AL: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself being at Action Lift in five years. I am so blessed to be working here. My co-workers are my family. I absolutely love my job.

AL: What best advice can you give someone who just started their career?

My advice to someone just starting would be to set your goals, believe in yourself, and go for it!

AL: What are the most demanding challenges you’ve had at work? How did you overcome them?

I thought I could never do this job when I first started here. This job is a very challenging one every day. If it were not for my co-workers and the support of management helping me through, I would have never made it.

AL: What’s your secret talent no one knows about?

Cooking: I am a good cook and enjoy cooking Sunday dinners for my family and close friends. They love my meatballs and sauce. We usually do it on Sundays.

AL: When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

I always try to keep a positive attitude.              

AL: Regarding successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?

My daughter is a wonderful mother and wife. I am very proud of her.

AL: How have you grown professionally while on our team?

I have gained much more knowledge of the material handling industry and continue to learn new things daily.

AL: Tell me something about you that most people don’t know.

I am a hockey and baseball fan and enjoy attending games in my spare time with friends and family. I am a fan of the Pittsburg Penguins and W-B/Scranton Penguins. My baseball team is usually the Yankees, but my best friend has made me a Phillies fan for the past two years. So, I love them both.
